Dream I had - Dictator in India

  I had a dream last night that India had moved into the top position in the world with its economy at the highest and a popular country visited by all from the world.  I am going to explain how it happened in my dream.

One morning all news channels were telecasting repeatedly the speech of the Prime Minister followed by the President of India.  The main message was Prime Minister announcing him as the Dictator of the country and everybody has to follow the rules laid out by him and his administration team without any questions.  There was no further details given by him.  It was followed by President speaking about the need of a Dictator in the current situation and asked everyone to follow the rules for next 2 years.  Also assured that after 2 years, Democracy will be reinforced.

Next day, the following information are provided by the government to all the citizens.

• Military will be deployed in all cities, towns and villages with necessary power to maintain law and order
• All labour unions are dissolved
• All political parties are dissolved
• Judges will make immediate decision for the crimes and there are no appeal to the judgement
• Collectors will administer the districts with full control under the guidance of the central government
• Severe punishment including capital punishment will be given to people who are not following the government orders
• All Indians money lying with other countries are brought back to country 
• All IAS officers are given power to take decision with only country's benefit in mind
• Police are given more power to control law and order
• No one should have more than 10000 rupees with them.  All other cash should be submitted to government
• Rowdism and Gundas will be controlled with iron hand
• Anyone who is trying to create problem for their self benefit disturbing the country's ambition will be imprisoned.
• All industries to provide the complete details of their production and distribution.
• No sale without a bill for cash transactions
• Online transactions are mapped against the purchases done by the shopkeeper
• All Multi National Companies and support provided to other countries will be monitored rigorously 

Dictator formed his administrative team with careful selection of people who are loyal and honest.  The ground work for the selection started 6 months before and all structure are in place immediately to manage the country.

Within 18 months India achieved the ambition of World's top country position and Prime Minister announced the election after 3 months.  Exactly after 2 years, democracy was brought in with the right set of administrative controls by which no one dare to do any mischief with the country's progress
